There may be many reasons why burning incense is not an option for you. Like the questioner, the smoke can pose a health concern, or you may be in an environment where burning is not an option. Whatever the reason, it is possible to create a workaround , and the alternative is going to depend on what you are trying to accomplish with the botanical.
Since ancient times, those identified as Witches have used herbs, roots, and flowers for all kinds of medicinal and spiritual purposes. And what can be more magickal than a witch’s brew?
Our foundations have been shaken. Loved ones lost or vulnerable to the virus, our financial security and independence threatened, and the emotional and psychological toll experienced from being separated from family, friends, co-workers, and our larger community have left us feeling unrooted and off balance. There is no doubt the last two months have been life altering in ways that will not be fully understood for months or years to come. These hardships are meaningful and should not be minimized.
